• Type of Information Collected:

We collect the usual type of information for insurance rates and policies.

This includes: Your Name, Physical Address, City, State & Zip, Phone Number, Email Address, Birthday, Social Security Number and Driver’s License Number.

For Medicare, we also need a picture of your Medicare card.

For Auto Insurance, we will need the Make, Model, Year, License Plate and VIN Number of your vehicle.

• How Your Information is Collected:

Our website is not interactive. So, we collect the data verbally over the phone and with SMS texting also.

• The Purpose of Collecting the Data:

We need to collect this data so we can give you an Insurance Rate Quote.

If you approve the quote, then we use this data to create a custom policy for you.

• Data Sharing:

We share your data with third parties for the purpose of getting you an Insurance Quote and creating an Insurance Policy.

• User Rights:

As a customer, you have the right regarding your personal information to access, update or delete your data held with us.  But this is only done through a verbal conversation on the phone.
